a. Approve Resolution 19-19 to prepay 2017 $700,000 Lift Station #6 Project Loan and Repay Advance as recommended by Finance & Personnel
b. Approve Resolution # 18-19 Adoption of 2020 General Fund Budget and establishing the 2019 Tax Levy for the Village of Belgium.
c. Approve Resolution # 20-19 to Designate Depositories for the Village of Belgium.
d. Approve 2020 TID Budget, Capital Project Fund, and Debt Service Fund
e. Approve 2020 Sewer Fund Budget as recommended by Public Utilities.
f. Approve 2020 Water Fund Budget as recommended by Public Utilities.
