Request: Authorize the construction and use of a commercial cellular tower with a height of 263 feet as a Special Use in the AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District, with the following waiver: Authorize a waiver for a commercial cellular tower with a height of 263 feet in lieu of the maximum allowed 200 feet, per the Illinois Counties Code (55 ILCS5/5-12001.1., effective 7/13/12).
