f. Approve over budget spending of up to $8,000 in Parks and Recreation for 2019 as recommended by Finance & Personnel.
g. Approve recommendation of Finance & Personnel to allow a one-time carryover of 15 1⁄2 hours of sick pay from 2018 for Brian Schmidt.
h. Approve amending Employee Handbook section 3.3 by removing: “during the months of December and January the Village Hall will be open until 5:00 pm on Fridays or as deemed necessary throughout the year.” As recommended by Finance & Personnel.
i. Approve Finance & Personnel’s recommendation to add to the Village Employee Handbook Section 3.6.A Non-emergency Closings: “Village President shall approve any request to close the Village Office for non-Emergencies”.
j. Approve proposed change to Village Employee Handbook section 5.4 Paydays regarding direct deposit paycheck vouchers.
