Non partisan Neal Williams's election campaign committee, Neal Williams for Mayor, spent $5,145 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Williams's committee spent the most on billboards in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,660) going to Adams Outdoor Advertising in Champaign. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Williams's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
