Piatt County Resource Conservation and Internet Committee met April 3. 

Here is the minutes as provided by the committee:

The Resource Conservation and Internet Committee of the Piatt County Board met on Tuesday,


April 3, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 104 of the Courthouse. The meeting was called to order by

Chairman Ray Spencer. Attending were: Spencer, Robert Murrell, Randy Shumard, Jennifer

Harper, Tony Kirkman, Laurie Birch, Sandy Schlosser and Keri Nusbaum. Invited vendors

attending were Scott Davis, EC Gupton, and Brad Marshall.

Committee Chairman Spencer introduced committee members, and read the letter stating the

purpose of the meeting. He introduced Scott Davis who had agreed to help facilitate the

meeting.

Davis gave a summary of the facilities the county would need IT support for, and what the

county is looking for. The tour will start at the courthouse, proceed to the PSB, then the

transportation/mental health building, and end at the office building.

Comments: Tony Kirkman pointed out that he thought the county was looking for software

solutions as well.

Spencer thanked Davis for his assistance.

Motion: Murrell made motion, seconded by Shumard to adjourn. All in favor and the meeting

adjourned at 9:09 a.m.
