Most frugal townships in Greater C-U

Georgetown Love Mckendree Multi Tax Assessment District, Rantoul-Ludlow Multi Tax Assessment District and Mona-Rogers-Pella-Brenton Multi Tax Assessment District top the list in Greater C-U with the lowest spending per capita in 2017, Illinois State Comptroller financial reports show.
