The Department of Homeland Security is hiring an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) investigator for the Chicago area.
Chicago is one of eight cities where the agency is seeking to hire a supervisory criminal investigator at a GS grade of 15 and a salary of up to nearly $135,000. Applications for the position are being accepted until Jan. 16.
Posted on the USAJOBS.gov website, the ad reads “the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is calling on those who want to help protect American interests and secure our nation.”
Listed requirements in the posting include “manage and direct all investigation operations and administrative activities located within the field office's geographic boundaries.”
