The final candidates for the 2017 Kempton Presidential Election, to be held on April 4, are on the ballot.
According to the East Central Reporter's records, only one candidate will appear on the ballot of the April 4 municipal election:
Richard Von Qualen
Qualen was born on Sept. 22, 1942. The candidate's listed address is 408 W. Main, Kempton, Ill. 60946.
Qualen has voted in six primary elections, casting votes in six Republican primaries.
