The Urbana Free Library is looking for a new acquisitions/administrative clerk that will help the library's patrons and lead the library into the future.
The library has served the Urbana community for more than 140 years. The acquisitions clerk will be responsible for all shipping and receiving needs, managing the library’s magazine assortment and completing other tasks as assigned by the acquisitions services team. The new employee will be cross-trained to serve as an administrative clerk when needed, handling accounts receivable and payable tasks, payroll needs and general office work needed to assist the library’s administrators.
