Those present: Village Trustees: Charles Montgomery, Roy Woodmansee, Guy James, and Zach Wells,
not present, Kevin Knott, and Mike Johnson. Also present: Village President, Raymond Cunningham,
Village Clerk, Sharon Jeffers, Zoning, Dave Hermes, Village Attorney, Paul Hendren, and residents, Jim
Lacey, Herb Lacey, and Larry Stayton.
This hearing is to discuss the proposed changes to the 2002 Village of Homer Zoning Ordinance.
Amendments to the Ordinance were read and discussed.
It was decided to add the wording in (same or similar material) to section 1.802 B 1 page 11 for
Sidewalk and driveway repairs.
Also to change page 13, 1,804 fees, over and under should read 120 Square feet instead of 120ft
Adjourn: Roy Woodmansee made the motion to adjourn, Guy James second the motion, all in favor,
motion approved. Adjourn 6:46pm
