The city of Urbana Committee of the Whole met Tuesday to hear Consolidated Social Service Funding presentations.
The members heard the Public Arts Committee's annual report and a presentation from the Transportation Committee on Illinois Department of Transportation traffic study priorities.
The committee amended two traffic ordinances, one modifying Urbana's local traffic code limiting parking time in the 400 block of West Main Street.
