The Urbana Historic Preservation Commission will meet Wednesday evening to discuss the "Historic Recognition" landmark status.

The commission will also discuss new business, including methodology for monitoring historic properties.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Urbana City Building, 400 S. Vine St.
