The Mahomet Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday at the Mahomet Administration Office to consider preparations for the village's 2016-17 budget.
The board will also vote on approving improvements at Prairie Crossing Second Subdivision, Country Ridge Sixth Subdivision and Thornewood North Subdivision.
The board is also expected to approve the purchase of a new backhoe for $69,997 and a new $17,500 drive-by meter reading system.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at 503 E. Main St.
