The Area-Wide Records Management System Policy Board will meet Thursday at the Urbana City Building to elect a vice chairperson.

The board will also vote on approving its operating budget, discuss formatting and discuss e-citations.

The meeting is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at 400 S. Vine St.
