The Cunningham Township board will meet tonight at 7 at the Urbana City Building to discuss litigation related to the Open Meetings Act.
The Open Meetings Act establishes certain procedural rules for the meeting of elected officials to ensure that local governments maintain transparency and accountability. Monday's litigation discussion will be held during a closed session.
Prior to the closed session, the board will also review Cunningham Township's bills.
