The Rantoul Village Board held its regular meeting Nov. 10 at the Rantoul Municipal Building, where Jayne DeLuce of the Champaign County Visitor's Bureau recapped the bureau's work for the year.
The board then granted itself authority to prepare the village's tax levy, approved an intergovernmental agreement with a resource officer for Rantoul City Schools District No. 137, and approved a resolution that authorizes the village to maintain its street lights and highways.
There was no other new business, and the meeting was adjourned after 21 minutes.
