The Champaign County Zoning Board of Appeals will hold its regular meeting Thursday in the Lyle Shields Meeting Room at the Brookens Administrative Center in Urbana.
The board will hear two cases.
Woods Edge Development Inc. will seek approval for four additional manufactured homes that were not part of the original site plan for Woods Edge Manufactured Home Park. It will also ask for setback variances, eliminating the required distance between the manufactured home and the home site, and reducing the distance between the manufactured home and the property line.
The Champaign County Zoning Administrator will then set forward a number of proposed amendments to the zoning code that would allow hospitals, medical clinics or related facilities to operate on public fairgrounds, provided they receive a special use permit.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
