On November 14, 2025, Miller posted about the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), stating: "SNAP fraud is OUT OF CONTROL. These statistics barely scratch the surface of the waste and abuse that’s been ignored for far too long. It’s time for serious reform!"

Later that day, she raised concerns regarding U.S. infrastructure and foreign influence: "Communist China should NEVER have the ability to infiltrate or manipulate America’s electric grid. Chinese-made inverters and grid components are a serious national security threat. I joined my RSC colleagues in a letter calling on @CommerceGov to halt these imports immediately!" On November 15, 2025, Miller commented on broader societal trends: "The Left’s war on America isn’t just political, it’s spiritual. They’ve attempted to silence our faith, corrupt our schools, and attack the family. We must never let them prevail!"

Mary Miller has held her seat since replacing John Shimkus in 2021 as representative for Illinois’ 15th district. She secured her position by defeating Erika Weaver in the 2020 general election with over 73% of the vote and was re-elected in 2022 against Paul Lange with more than 71% support.
