The City of Champaign has announced it is seeking Letters of Interest from firms interested in providing architectural services for upcoming facility projects. The selected firm will be contracted for a three-year period, beginning in the first quarter of 2026 and continuing through the first quarter of 2029.

According to the City, the procurement process will follow a qualification-based selection method as outlined in City Administrative Policy 2.08. "The City intends to use a qualification-based selection process for the procurement of these services (City Administrative Policy 2.08). This selection is for three (3) years of service, starting in the first quarter of 2026 and extending through the first quarter of 2029. The City will review all submitted Letters of Interest and select the firm that best meets the City's requirements for an interview," officials stated.

Interested firms are invited to submit their qualifications as part of this process. The chosen firm will support various city facility projects over the term of the agreement.
