C. Discussion & Consideration of the Christmas Comes Early to Gibson City Program.

D. Discussion & Consideration of fees for zoning variances.

E. Discussion & Consideration of Resolution No. 2025-R-04 authorizing the lighted holiday parade.

F. Discussion & Consideration of an Ordinance 2025-0-13; Downtown TIF payment to Fashion Store Inc. in the amount of $27,315.68. Initial application was approved on September 22nd, 2025.

G. Discussion & Consideration of an Ordinance 2025-0-14; Downtown TIF payment to Strictly Kids Resale Shop in the amount of $10,000.00. Initial application was approved on September 30th, 2025.

H. Discussion and Consideration of Ordinance 2025-O-15 Downtown TIF payment for Justin and Lindsay Carpenter in the amount of $10,000.00. Initial application was approved 6/9/2025.

I. Discussion and Consideration of Property Improvement Identification Form; submitted by Kyle Shippert 142 Ash St.
