8.2. Discuss and possibly approve quote of $2400 from Second Street Painting to apply two coats of stain to each school bus stop. 

8.3. Discussion of County Rd 200 behind the State Police Station.

The Board of Trustees anticipates convening into executive/closed session, in accordance with Section 120/2((c)(1) to discuss “the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, . . . . including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, . . . for the public body to determine its validity.”
