The University of Illinois women's golf team will participate in the Windy City Collegiate Classic, taking place at Glen View Club in Golf, Illinois, from September 29 to 30. The tournament will use a 54-hole stroke play format, with 36 holes scheduled for Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday. Both days will begin with a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. Central Time.

The Glen View Club course, originally designed by Richard Leslie in 1897 and later redesigned by William S. Flynn in 1922, is set up as a par-72 layout covering 6,368 yards.

Illinois joins a field of 14 teams that includes Northwestern, Arizona State (individuals only), Augusta, Columbia, Duke, Iowa State, Michigan State, Purdue, SMU, Stanford (individuals only), UCLA, and Virginia.

Representing the Fighting Illini are Alexis Myers, Victoria Zheng, Erica Lee, Brielle Mapanao, and Anna Ritter.

This marks the fifth appearance for Illinois at the Windy City Collegiate Classic. The team's best result at this event was ninth place in 2008; last year they finished fourteenth.

Live scoring will be available through Scoreboard powered by Clippd. Daily recaps and results will be posted after each round.

Following this event, Illinois is scheduled to compete at the Illini Women's Invitational at Medinah on October 6-7.
