University of Illinois students have purchased all 3,000 available student season tickets for the Fighting Illini men's basketball games at State Farm Center. The tickets sold out in just 18 minutes, surpassing last year's record of 26 minutes and marking the fifth consecutive year that Orange Krush student season tickets have sold out.
The previous years saw sellout times of less than three hours in 2021-22, 36 minutes in 2022-23, less than 24 hours in 2023-24, and 26 minutes in 2024-25.
The team is set to return three starters from a previous season that included 22 wins, an NCAA Tournament Second Round appearance, and a final kenpom ranking of 17th. Over the past six years under head coach Brad Underwood, Illinois has achieved more Big Ten victories than any other team and is one of only four programs nationally with six straight seasons of at least 20 regular-season wins.
