Starting July 31, 2025, Paula Drive will be closed to all vehicles at the intersection with Garden Hills Drive, extending westward to about halfway to Cynthia Drive. The closure is expected to last six to eight weeks.
Residents in the affected area will not have driveway access during construction but may park on the street where permitted, outside of the construction zone. Pedestrian access to homes will remain available throughout the project. Joanne Lane and Garden Hills Drive will stay open for north-south traffic, and the connection between Joanne Lane and Garden Hills Drive along Paula Drive is planned to reopen soon after.
The timeline for this closure depends on weather conditions and could be delayed if there is inclement weather. Additional lane closures are anticipated as work continues through different phases of the project.
