Chloe Diner and Kayla Duran are gearing up to compete in the USA National Championships, presented by Toyota, on June 5-6 in Indianapolis. Meanwhile, Kennedy Rainwater will participate in the Multisport National Championships Festival, presented by Mutual of Omaha, on June 6 in Omaha, Nebraska.
Diner and Duran are scheduled to swim the 50 breaststroke on Thursday, June 5, followed by the 100 breaststroke on Friday, June 6. Rainwater will take part in the Aquathlon National Championships on Friday as well.
Kayla Duran's inaugural season with Illinois saw her set two program records: one in the 50 breaststroke with a time of 28.22 seconds and another in the 100 breaststroke at 1:00.39. Chloe Diner is also prominently featured in the record books, holding the program record for the 200 IM at 1:58.32 and achieving the second-fastest time in the 100 breaststroke at 1:01.07. Kennedy Rainwater recorded the program's tenth-fastest time for the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:08.64 during her first season wearing Illinois' Orange and Blue.
