The Public Works Department has announced plans for intermittent closures on First Street, stretching from Daniel Street to Armory Avenue. The closures are necessary to facilitate asphalt patching and will commence on Tuesday, June 3, with the expectation of reopening by Friday, June 6, 2025, contingent upon weather conditions.
During this period, both northbound and southbound traffic on First Street will be rerouted. The department advises motorists to plan accordingly and follow detour signs in the area.
