Season tickets for the 2025 Illinois football season will be available to the general public starting Thursday at 9 a.m. CT. Following the Illini ERA reseat, fewer than 800 sideline season tickets remain throughout the stadium.
Tickets on the east and west sidelines begin at $199, with expectations that they will sell quickly. Interest in the program has increased following last year's successful 10-win season and victory in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl. The team has reached its highest season ticket total since 2009, with over 32,000 tickets sold through reseats and deposits. Contributions to the I FUND have also risen by 51% compared to last year's totals.
All suites for the upcoming season are sold out, though limited options remain in premium seating areas. Season tickets are still available in the 77 Club and Colonnades Club, with new members eligible for a 30% discount on their first season's regular price. Fans interested in premium seating can fill out an interest form.
Illinois expects student season tickets to sell out for a second consecutive year in 2025. Student sales have doubled compared to last year within the first four months of this calendar year, prompting students to secure their tickets promptly.
Since Bret Bielema became head coach in 2021, Illinois has seen significant attendance growth nationwide. Average attendance increased by 19,403 from 2021 to 2024, placing Illinois #1 nationally in total growth and #9 in percentage growth at +54.9%.
The team will host seven games at Memorial Stadium this year, returning with 18 starters from last year's squad that finished #16 in the final AP Top 25 rankings. The home schedule includes Big Ten matchups against USC, Ohio State, Rutgers, Maryland, and Northwestern. Nonconference opponents Western Illinois and Western Michigan are also scheduled to play at Memorial Stadium.
