Today, Congresswoman Mary Miller of Illinois addressed a Title IX violation in a letter to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon. The incident involved Naperville Community Unit School District 203, where a biological male was allowed to compete in a female-only athletic event.

Congresswoman Miller emphasized that any school district permitting such participation should face an immediate review of its federal funding due to violations of Title IX protections. She stated, "Girls across Illinois are being forced to compete on an unfair playing field, and it's time to say enough. JB Pritzker's radical trans agenda is destroying women's sports and betraying an entire generation of young female athletes."

Miller also highlighted the need for accountability, asserting, "Let me be clear: if you violate Title IX, you must be held accountable to the full extent of the law. I will not let our girls be pushed aside and silenced."

Previously in April, Miller had requested an investigation into the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) and the State of Illinois regarding actions affecting fairness and safety in girls' sports.

In response to these issues, Congresswoman Miller introduced H.R. 2452, known as the Keep Our Girls Safe Act. This legislation aims to codify President Trump's Executive Order 14201 and remove federal funding from schools that do not adhere to protections for women and girls.

For further details on her recent letter, Fox News provides additional coverage.

Congresswoman Mary Miller holds positions as Chair of the Congressional Family Caucus and serves on several committees including Agriculture, Education and Workforce, and House Administration.
