Rep. Mary Miller, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Illinois’ 15th district since 2021, has been vocal on social media about her views and opinions. On May 4 and 5, 2025, she shared several tweets reflecting her stance on national morality and energy policies.

On May 4, Rep. Miller tweeted a biblical verse from Proverbs: “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.” This tweet suggests her emphasis on moral values as foundational for national prosperity.

Later that day, she expressed support for expanding solar energy initiatives with an enthusiastic comment: "Great! Now let’s do the same with solar." The tweet indicates her interest in promoting renewable energy sources like solar power.

The following day, May 5, Rep. Miller criticized Democratic policies on green energy by stating: “Don’t fall for the Democrat’s ‘Green Energy’ pipe dreams. It’s all a scam.” This reflects her skepticism towards certain environmental strategies proposed by Democrats.

Mary Miller was born in Oak Park, Illinois in 1959 and currently resides in Oakland. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University.
