Due to expected bad weather conditions, the third-annual Gary Wieneke Memorial will now take place solely on Friday, May 2, instead of the originally planned May 2-3. Events will commence at 10:30 a.m. Central Time on Friday with both track and field activities. The senior day ceremony, initially spread across two days, has been rescheduled to begin at 1 p.m. Central Time.
"CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Due to inclement weather on Saturday (May 3) the third-annual Gary Wieneke Memorial, originally scheduled for May 2-3, will now all be held on Friday (May 2). The meet is slated to begin on Friday with both track and field events at 10:30 a.m. CT and the senior day ceremony will now start at 1 p.m. CT."
