Illinois' annual Illini Nights at major MLB parks are set to occur during May and June 2025. Fans can expect special appearances by guests from Fighting Illini sports at events held at the Chicago White Sox, St. Louis Cardinals, and Chicago Cubs games.

On May 20, Illini Night at Rate Field will feature the White Sox against the Mariners, with a first pitch scheduled for 6:40 p.m. CT. Attendees can purchase ticket packages, both of which include an Illini sweatshirt voucher. The standard package includes an Early Batting Practice Pass and game ticket, while the patio package adds all-you-can-eat and drink access. Changes to the batting practice schedule may occur due to weather or team plans. The Illini Night at Wrigley Field will take place on June 17, with the Cubs playing the Brewers at 7:05 p.m. CT. A special ticket offer includes a ticket to the game and a Cubs and University of Illinois cap. This is part of the 2025 New Era College Cap Series, with a portion of the proceeds going to the ICON Collective. June 25 marks the Illini Night at Busch Stadium, where the Cardinals will face the Cubs at 6:45 p.m. CT. Fans purchasing a Theme Ticket will receive an Illini-themed Cardinals cap. This event encourages Illini fans, alumni, and students to support both the Fighting Illini and the Cardinals.
