On March 14, 2025, Rachel Joy, Director of the Equity and Engagement Department, participated as a judge in the Youth of the Year event hosted by the Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club (DMBGC). Her role involved evaluating club members to identify an individual who exemplifies leadership, community service, academic achievement, healthy lifestyle choices, and personal character. The selected member will serve as a representative and spokesperson for the organization at both local and potentially national levels.
