A sewer repair will necessitate the closure of Wheaton Avenue between White Street and Springfield Avenue. A&R Mechanical Services Inc. will conduct the work, ensuring access to all properties while restricting through traffic on the affected section of the road. The project is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. on Monday, March 24, and aims for completion by 4 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025, contingent on favorable weather conditions.
"Access will be maintained to all properties, but the road will be closed to through traffic," confirmed a representative from A&R Mechanical Services Inc.
The repair is expected to improve infrastructure reliability in the area once completed.
