Rezoning Petition #ZP24-2 – Gordon Family Farms, LLC is requesting that the property located at and commonly known as 626 W Champaign Ave be rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residential to C-2 General Commercial to allow for marketing for future commercial development at that location.
Rezoning Petition #ZP25-1 – The Village of Rantoul Zoning Administrator is requesting that the property located at and commonly known as 701 W Chandler Road be rezoned from AG Agriculture to I-2 General Industrial to allow for the expansion of the neighboring contractor facility and material storage yard at that location.
