Vermilion County taxpayers paid $161,094 in Special County Retailers Occupation Tax in August, according to Illinois tax records.

This figure marks a noticeable decrease from the previous month, where Special County Retailers Occupation Tax collection stood at $165,411.

Over the past 12 months, Vermilion County's residents have collectively paid a total of $2 million in Special County Retailers Occupation Tax.
