Illinois wide receiver Malik Elzy is set to throw the first pitch at the Chicago White Sox Illini Night on May 23. The event will take place during a game against the Baltimore Orioles at Guaranteed Rate Field, starting at 6:40 p.m. CT.
Fans can purchase special ticket packages for the occasion. These include a White Sox/Illini hoodie and early access to batting practice. An additional patio package offers not only early batting practice access and the hoodie but also includes two hours of all-you-can-eat and drink along with a game ticket.
