Grange Grove in Champaign, Illinois, has opened bookings for full-service tailgating for the 2024 season. Fans can choose from all-inclusive packages available for the entire season or on a per-game basis, with prices starting at $600 for a single game and $3,700 for the season. Following an exclusive booking period for these full-service tailgates, Bring Your Own Tailgate (BYOT) options will be available from July 8 if spaces remain.
Tailgater Concierge, now integrated with REVELXP, has been providing these services to Fighting Illini football fans since 2020. "Fans who opt for the full-service tailgate packages will be guaranteed a space in Grange Grove and can book directly with REVELXP," according to the press release. The company offers various packages and upgrades tailored to different group sizes and equipment needs.
The full-service tailgate offerings include essentials such as tents, tables, chairs, and coolers with ice. Additional features like speakers, high-top tables, games, media packages, and catering with potential alcoholic beverages are also available.
There are three main package options:
- Varsity: Accommodates up to 10 people with one tent, table linen included.
- Letterman: Designed for up to 20 people with two tents and additional amenities.
- All-American: Suitable for up to 30 people featuring a larger tent and more seating.
After the initial setup period for full-service tailgates ends, BYOT reservations will commence on July 8. These allow fans to bring their own gear and food into Grange Grove at a nominal holding fee starting at $25 per space per game.
Grange Grove is known as a popular pregame venue offering attractions like inflatables in the Kids Zone, merchandise stands, food trucks, live performances, and the Red Grange statue. It opens at 7 a.m. CT on game days regardless of kickoff time.
Group ticket buyers purchasing 50 or more tickets can coordinate gameday experiences through the Fighting Illini group sales department. Space reservations in Lot 31 or Grange Grove depend on availability.
