Illinois swimmer Sydney Stoll played a key role in leading the Fighting Illini swim and dive team to a 191-109 victory over Kansas at the ARC Pool on October 10. During the dual meet, Stoll secured wins in three events, including an individual title in the 100 butterfly and victories in both the 200 medley relay and the 400 freestyle relay. This win marked the team's first of the season as they prepare for the House of Paign Invite scheduled for October 25-26.

Stoll, a senior majoring in accountancy, was recognized as the Prairie Farms Scholar Athlete of the Week for her performance. It is her first time receiving this honor this season.
