Danielle Gapinski has taken on the role of 4-H youth development educator, serving Carroll, Lee, and Whiteside counties in Illinois. Her previous experience as a 4-H program coordinator in Bureau County and her background in event marketing, graphic design, and dance direction have equipped her with skills for coordinating and executing youth programs.

Gapinski's involvement with 4-H during her own youth helped her appreciate the program's value. She aims to offer diverse opportunities for young people to explore new subjects in a safe environment. "I hope to provide new and diverse opportunities, in a safe and nurturing environment, for youth throughout the counties where I serve," she says. "I hope that through these offerings, youth will be able to explore new subjects and find their own passions that could turn into new hobbies or even career pathways."

Gapinski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design with a minor in business management from Bradley University and a Master of Science degree in agricultural leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is also involved with various committees including the Princeton Bicycle and Pedestrian Commission.
