Illinois climbs to #19 in AP Top 25 rankings

Illinois has risen to #19 in this week's AP Top 25 rankings. The Illini also made their season debut in the Coaches Poll, coming in at #21.

#19 Illinois will be seeking its third ranked win of the season when it travels to Penn State on Saturday. The Nittany Lions are ranked #9 in the AP Top 25 and #8 in the Coaches Poll.

Both Illinois (4-0, 1-0 Big Ten) and Penn State (3-0, 0-0 Big Ten) enter Saturday's matchup undefeated. Kickoff at Penn State is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT on NBC's Big Ten Saturday Night.
