CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- A series of enhancements are set to be introduced at Memorial Stadium this fall to improve the experience for Fighting Illini fans.
Digital Ticketing & Cashless Parking: Fans can now access digital tickets through the updated Fighting Illini mobile app. Additionally, parking at Memorial Stadium will transition to a cashless system.
Lap Seats: Children aged two years and younger can enter Memorial Stadium for free without a ticket.
Entrance Name Changes: Illinois has implemented a directional naming system for portal entrances to enhance communication with fans. These changes will be reflected on all digital tickets and the updated stadium map.
External Guest Services Locations: Three new guest services locations will be established outside Memorial Stadium at the corner of First and Kirby, near the Red Grange Statue, in the Guest Services Booth on Kirby, and outside the southeast tower. This addition aims to address inquiries before fans enter the stadium while maintaining existing guest services inside.
Horseshoe Restroom Renovation and LED Lighting: The horseshoe restrooms have been renovated over the summer, including new LED lighting that matches those on the east and west sides of the stadium.
Lot 42 Expansion: Additional paved parking spots have been added around Lot 42, extending parking to the south side of Atkins Baseball Training Center.
Vet Med Lot: The College of Veterinary Medicine lot has been added to the game day parking map, providing an additional 200 parking spaces available for day-of sales.
77 Club All-Inclusive: For 2024, 77 Club ticket holders will not incur extra costs for food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks. Offerings include a buffet meal, popcorn, dessert bar, non-alcoholic beverages, full bar access, and entry to the 7th Floor.
Suites All-Inclusive: Suite patrons will also benefit from all-inclusive food and beverages packaged into their season price without any increase from 2023 prices.
Season Ticket Holder and I FUND Concession Discounts: Season ticket holders who purchased or renewed by April 1 will receive a 10% discount on concessions during home games in Memorial Stadium's 100th Anniversary season. I FUND members receive an additional 5% savings for a total of 15% off at concession stands.
Experiences: Illinois offers various game day experiences available for purchase. These include field access during team run-outs, postgame photos on the field, guest conductor opportunities, video board shoutouts, game production experiences, exclusive Illini Walk access, and a new AHW drive-in experience on the field.
