Committee voted to recommend approval of rezone Lot 101 in block 3 of J.W. Richmonds Fifth Addition in the Village of Fisher, located at 404 South Fifth Street, from Class R-1 (Residential) to Class R-2 (MultiFamily Residential). Motioned by Heiser, 2nd by Pierce

Roll Call vote: Heiser – Yes, Welborn – Yes, Pierce – Yes, Bayler – Yes.
