Starting Tuesday, June 25, 2024, Cross Construction will commence rehabilitation work on Country Fair Drive and Kenwood Road. The project spans from 200 feet south of Springfield Avenue to University Avenue on Country Fair Drive and from Springfield Avenue to a point 200 feet south on Kenwood Road. The scope of work includes minor curb and sidewalk ramp replacement, patching, manhole adjustments, milling and paving, and the application of new pavement markings.
Country Fair Drive will be closed to through traffic; however, access for local businesses will be maintained. On Kenwood Road, one lane in each direction will remain open to through traffic. Motorists are advised to take alternate routes to avoid delays. Weather permitting, this phase of the rehabilitation is expected to be completed by July 12, 2024.
