On Saturday, March 2, former Grady High School standout Christian Smith’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division I game against the Western Michigan Broncos.

The game took place in Greenville, South Carolina. This was their first matchup against the Western Michigan Broncos this season.

The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 2 at 8:20 p.m. in Greenville, South Carolina against Florida State Seminoles.
