Champaign, Mar 18 2024 - The City of Champaign has taken steps to beautify its public spaces by installing signage in key locations. At the request of the City Manager, frosted vinyl signs displaying the City's Logo and Mission Statement were placed in conference rooms at 205 W. Park Avenue and in the second floor hallway of 102 N. Neil Street.

"The signs serve not only to accentuate newly remodeled spaces left somewhat bare, but more importantly, they serve as reminders to employees and the public what galvanizes us," stated the City Manager.

The installation of these signs not only adds aesthetic value to the spaces but also reinforces the core values and mission of the City to both employees and the public. The three feet square signs proudly showcase the City's identity and purpose.

This initiative falls in line with the City's ongoing efforts to enhance its public service and maintain a visually appealing environment for all. It serves as a visual representation of the City's commitment to its mission.

The City Manager's Office News emphasized the significance of these signs, highlighting their role in reminding everyone of what drives the City forward.

As the City continues its endeavors to improve public spaces and engage with the community, initiatives like these signify a dedication to both functionality and aesthetics in the urban landscape.
