In order to complete a water line installation at 205 N Neil Street, Mid-Illinois Concrete will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Church Street and Park Avenue. The closure will begin on Monday, June 26, and will reopen on Monday, July 3, 2023, weather permitting. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
