Phase 1 of the Drainage project is the downtown area. We need to determine what type of bottom the catch basin has. Brandon Chandler and Jay Bullock will work on this. They may use the Jet Machine to clean out the bottom while they are checking.
Phase 2 of the Drainage project is the Fairfield area. A manhole needs to be added via change order. There was discussion on how the change order and invoices need to be submitted to Donohue. Brandon Chandler is submitting the invoices next week and Will Grey from Donohue will review them for approval. Will Grey will let the village office know what to put on the agenda for payment.
During the project it was discovered that was damage caused by Frontier when installing fiber line through the village clay drainage tile. A field investigation was preformed last week and Donohue is working with Frontier and the village to resolve and fix the problem.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:36 pm.
