Appeal of Charles Parr, of 1279 Washington Street, Churchville NY 14428, for two (2) area variances, on property located at same, whereas this property has an existing 336 sq ft accessory structure (28’ x 12’) which will be relocated on the same property and applicant wishes to construct a 36’ x 40’ (1,440 sq. ft) accessory structure with a height of 24’, bringing the total square footage to be 1,776 sq ft, whereas accessory structures may not exceed 600 sq. ft, and whereas, maximum height for accessory structures is 15’, respectively pursuant to Chapter 300-28 F (3) (b) and Chapter 300-28 F (4) (b) in an R-1 Residential District.

Appeal of Anissa Kline, of 31 Whittier Road, Spencerport NY 14559, to amend her previous request for (2) area variances, on property located at same, to now install 279 linear feet of 6’ galvanized chain link fencing and not install the approved 51 linear feet of 6’ closed construction fencing and 228 linear feet of 5’ galvanized chain link fencing, that was granted on May 5, 2022, whereas fences shall not exceed 4’ in height in side and rear yards, pursuant to Chapter 300-50 A (8) (a) and whereas, fences shall be of open and permanent construction, pursuant to Chapter 50 B (1) in an R-1 Residential District.

Appeal of Roman Grinishin, of 24 Kadrie Way, Spencerport, NY 14559 for two (2) area variances, on property located at same, with an existing pavilion of 384 sq ft, to construct a 30’ x 50’ (1,500 sq. ft) accessory structure with a height of 24’, whereas accessory structures may not exceed 600 sq. ft, and whereas, maximum height for accessory structures is 15’, respectively pursuant to Chapter 300-28 F (3) (b) and Chapter 300-28 F (4) (b) in an R-1 Residential District.

Appeal of Patrick J. Schmitt, 40 Willow Wind Trail, Rochester, NY 14624 for three (3) area variances. on property located at same, to install an in-ground pool 10 feet from the side lot line, 14 feet from the rear, and 7 feet from the house. whereas the pool cannot be less than 20 feet from each side lot line, and not nearer than 15 feet from the rear lot line and no accessory structure shall be located within 10 feet of a principal building, pursuant to Chapter 260-3 and Chapter 300-59 B (2) respectively in an R-1 Residential District.
