On Oct. 5, Riverbend Development sold their commercial property at 266 Eastgate, Danville to Hom Danville Auto X LLC for $2,400,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $37,789.74, which is 1.57% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $1,300,000 on Feb. 17, 1999.

So far in October 2021, four properties sold in Danville.
