Cunningham Township Board Met March 22.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The Cunningham Township Board met in special session at 6:30pm. Due to the  Governor and Mayoral Emergency Declarations this meeting was conducted by virtual attendance via  Zoom.  

ELECTED OFFICIALS PHYSICALLY PRESENT: 

Chair: Diane Wolfe Marlin 

Township Clerk: Phyllis D. Clark 

ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT VIA TELECONFERENCE: 

Trustees: Bill Brown (arrived late), Bill Colbrook, Shirese Hursey, Jared Miller (arrived late), Dennis  Roberts (arrived late), Erik Sacks, Maryalice Wu 

Supervisor: Danielle Chynoweth 

Assessor: Wayne Williams  

ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: None 

OTHERS PRESENT: Frederic Grosser, Jason Liggett, Kay Meharry 

I. ROLL CALL 

With a quorum present, Chair Marlin called the meeting of the Cunningham Township Board to order at 6:30pm. 

II. PUBLIC INPUT 

There was none. 

III. APPROVAL OF ANNUAL TOWN BOARD MEETING AGENDA 

Township Supervisor Danielle Chynoweth discussed the upcoming Annual Town Board meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, April 13 at 6:00pm and went over the agenda items for the meeting. It will be in person, and the maximum capacity for the meeting will be 26 people. Supervisor Chynoweth responded to questions from trustees. 

Trustee Wu moved to approve the agenda for the annual meeting. Motion seconded by Trustee Miller and carried by roll call vote as follows: 

Aye: Brown, Colbrook, Hursey, Miller, Roberts, Sacks, Wu 

Nay: None 

IV. ADJOURNMENT 

With no further business to come before the Township Board, Chair Marlin declared the meeting adjourned at 6:39pm.
